Peer Leader Events

We are ecstatic that MAP offers a diverse array of FREE events (in person & virtual), specifically curated for the LGBTQ+ API community in Boston. As advocates for inclusivity, we invite this demographic and allies to come and be a part of these memorable events.

MAP community events play a vital role in fostering connections, celebrating cultural heritage, and promoting empathy amongst API and/or LGBTQ+ folks. Our peer leaders organize engaging community events that serve as platforms for cultural exchange, dialogue, and unity. In the past, we have hosted a Chinatown Bakery Crawl, an API leadership conference, and a bracelet-making event. The goal of these events is to strengthen our unique community.

At the core of our organization is a commitment to peer support and counseling. Through our peer counseling programs and regular drop in hours, we provide a brave and empathetic space where folks can share their struggles, seek guidance, and meet individuals who have walked similar paths.

We can’t wait to see you there!
