The QSAC actively advocates for equitable rights for the South Asian LGBTQIA+ communities and offers workshops and trainings that focus on identities, power, privilege and empowerment.

This group is only open to those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and can trace their heritage to the South Asian diaspora

Creating a resume can be a daunting endeavor. Stop by MAP for Health this Friday from 4-7 pm to let Acme Resume Services help break down the basics of building a good resume. They'll work with you to showcase your brilliant self in all of your glory! 

Bring your existing resume or start from scratch! We’ll be writing and editing together in the space. If you have your own personal computer or mobile device make sure to bring it with you. But if not, no worries! We have some computers on location to share.

Take Back the Night is a nation-wide event protesting both domestic and sexual violence. Join us and the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence (ATASK) and reclaim the streets this Wednesday, April 26th.

March begins @ 4PM at the Savin Hill MBTA station with an open mic/speak out taking place afterwards at VietAID (42 Charles St., Dorchester, MA 02122)

Would you be prepared if you were ever attacked? It's a tough reality, but anyone living in today's world must be prepared for the worst. In this 3-hour workshop you'll learn some Krav Maga self-defense tactics from a trained professional to help keep you safe in threatening situations.

Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces that consists of a wide combination of techniques from aikido, judo, muay thai, boxing and wrestling, along with realistic fight training. It's used by military and law enforcement across the globe and will give you the confidence to stand up to any threat.
